That means no coding knowledge or expensive web designer are needed to build the website of your dreams!

Maybe. If you’re coming from another provider or platform that used WordPress, then we can usually migrate your entire website to EWS at no cost to you. If, however, you’re using a proprietary service like Wix, which is virtually impossible to “move” away from, you may be assessed a fee (charged by the hour) to have your website reconstructed on EWS. Similarly, if you’re using a custom solution such as your own Next.js instance, static website, python instance, Node.js instance, special database, etc, you may also be assessed a fee (charged by the hour) to migrate your website and its dependencies to EWS. Be sure to let us know upfront if you need your website migrated.

Once setup, you can login to your email accounts at https://mail.ergodark.com. You can also securely access your professional email accounts from your favorite apps and even from Gmail and Outlook (instructions). Mail can also be forwarded from your professional email accounts (e.g. support@yourbusiness.com) to your personal account (e.g. yourname@gmail.com), allowing you to access all your mail from the same inbox. You are invoiced yearly for each domain we manage for you. If at any time you wish to take control of one or more of your domains for any reason, please contact us and we’ll transfer them over to you no questions asked. Note that taking control of a domain name’s DNS zone may make certain services unavailable to you, such as free TLS/SSL security for said domain.
